The map here clearly shows Palestine as a nation and Jews in minority. From hence Palestinian land started reducing and Israel’s area started increasing.

Stage2

israel1jpgAfter UN deal with the question of Palestine in 1947, UN General Assembly Resolution 181 calls for Palestine to be divided into a Jewish state (57% of Palestine), an Arab state (43% of Palestine), and an internationally controlled corpus separate for Bethlehem and Jerusalem. At the time, Jewish land ownership was less than seven percent.

Stage3

israel2jpgIsrael, on October 29, 1956, invaded the Sinai Peninsula with British and French support. During the Suez Canal Crisis, Israel captured the Gaza Strip and Sinai Peninsula.

Stage4

israel3jpgPalestinian suicide bombings and Israeli “targeted killings” continue; Israel forcefully reoccupies nearly all Palestinian areas evacuated as part of Oslo process. And in 21st century Israel is an independent and sovereign nation while confiscating Palestinian land whereas Palestine is nowhere on the world map.

This is the clear picture of Israeli confiscation and hypocrisy. Still, if someone has doubts and disagreements to the aforesaid facts and pictures, I would really appreciate your view here.

There is no such thing as a Palestinian Arab nation . . . Palestine is a name the Romans gave to Eretz Yisrael with the express purpose of infuriating the Jews . . . .

Why should we use the spiteful name meant to humiliate us?

The British chose to call the land they mandated Palestine, and the Arabs picked it up as their nation's supposed ancient name, though they couldn't even pronounce it correctly and turned it into Falastin a fictional entity."

Palestine has never existed . . . as an autonomous entity. There is no language known as Palestinian. There is no distinct Palestinian culture. There has never been a land known as Palestine governed by Palestinians. Palestinians are Arabs, indistinguishable from Jordanians (another recent invention), Syrians, Lebanese, Iraqis, etc.

Keep in mind that the Arabs control 99.9 percent of the Middle East lands. Israel represents one-tenth of one percent of the landmass. But that's too much for the Arabs. They want it all. And that is ultimately what the fighting in Israel is about today . . . No matter how many land concessions the Israelis make, it will never be enough.

It has never been the name of a nation or state. It is a geographical term, used to designate the region at those times in history when there is no nation or state there.

The word itself derives from "Peleshet", a name that appears frequently in the Bible and has come into English as "Philistine". The name began to be used in the Thirteenth Century BCE, for a wave of migrant "Sea Peoples" who came from the area of the Aegean Sea and the Greek Islands and settled on the southern coast of the land of Canaan. There they established five independent city-states (including Gaza) on a narrow strip of land known as Philistia. The Greeks and Romans called it "Palastina".

The Philistines were not Arabs, they were not Semites. They had no connection, ethnic, linguistic or historical with Arabia or Arabs. The name "Falastin" that Arabs today use for "Palestine" is not an Arabic name. It is the Arab pronunciation of the Greco-Roman "Palastina" derived from the Peleshet.

”A land without a people for a people without a land” - That is Palestine.

You are branded a terrorist before you’re born there.

If you in depth of identities, you would find there is no difference between Jordanians, Palestinians, Syrians and Lebanese people. All these people are part of one nation and one identity. Palestinians are separated due to political reasons and we do underline our Palestinian identity in the interest of the Arab world. Arab world should encourage a separate Palestinian identity against Zionism. In my view, the establishment of a Palestinian state is a new expedient to carry on the battle against Zionism and to unite the Arab world.

Palestinians are themselves strangers on their own land. One can find Arabs from Trans-Jordan, Saudi Arabia, Morocco, Egypt, Lebanon, Sudan and Iraq but from Palestine.

It is and always has been the goal of Israel to force out every Palestinian from the land of Palestine to make more room for Israeli settlers. Israel tries to make life so hard on the Palestinian people that their only ways out are to flee or fight.

And American are helping Israel every day.

Do you know Madison

That the United States awards Israel $5 billion in aid each year?

That yearly US aid to Israel exceeds the aid the US grants to the whole African continent?

That the second most powerful lobby in the United States, according to a recent Fortune magazine survey of Washington insiders, is the Israeli AIPAC?

That the Israeli Foreign Ministry pays two American public relations firms to promote Israel to Americans?

There is no such nation as 'Palestine' because Palestine is just a word invented by the Zionists.

First, where is the proof that Israel was ever a country if you discard the biblical references? There is none. In fact, Israel wouldn't be a country still if not for the mad man called Hitler who by trying to exterminate the Jews gave them the greatest gift they could ever imagine. On the other hand, Palestine was always a country. There were always Palestinians. Palestine as a country is in the records of history, both ancient and modern.

As the Jews were hounded, persecuted and displaced by the Romans, Christians and Muslims (though Jews and Muslims are not historical enemies as much as Jews and Christians are), they are doing the same to Palestinians by uprooting them from their homeland, making them minorities in their own cities (as the illustrations show) and refusing them the fundamental right to return to their homeland. The right of refugees to return is a fundamental human right as enshrined in the UN Charter of Universal Declaration of Human Rights.

I shouldn't have used such words against the Führer. He should have won the war if he focussed on the west than towards the east. Then Israel would not have been a country and the Zionist conspiracies would have ended for ever.

No people on this earth are as unfortunate as the Palestinians. The world could only sit and watch the atrocities committed by Israel for decades against them. Whatever will be the future solutions, compromises and adjustments they will never be enough to compensate the deliberate killing of a state and robbing the identity of an entire nation.

Ok friends. First let us have an independent country. Then we will see how Palestinians take it from there. I am sure that if they run their country well Israel will not interfere much into Palestinian internal matters. In 10 years Palestine can take its own decisions.

Palestinians supported Saddam when they invaded Kuwait and after the war they were particularly hunted down and brutalized. But what would the poor Palestinians do? Saddam was their only hope of some kind of a military solution to the brutal Israeli occupation of Palestine. He attacked Israel during the Gulf War. Palestinians didn't support Saddam for his invasion of Kuwait but due to his attack on Israel. His miscalculation cost Palestinians dear then. Leave Saddam, Hafez al-Asad and now his son to some extent Bashar al-Asad alone and you would find all Arab rulers are America's pet dogs.

It is really amazing that people still find reasons to justify what is happening to innocent people of Palestine; even after seeing the map.

A Israeli in this post has tried to defend by saying that Palestine is a name given by Romans, not even thinking that does it even matter. Should we start brandishing USA as nonsense as America was a name given by Europeans without even going there?

Come on people, lets talk sense. We have made people of Palestine suffer in the name of atrocities done by Hitler on Jews. It really should force us to introspect that whether world has really developed, or we are still like people of 1930’s who did nothing when innocents were killed on pretext which was barbaric in every sense of that word.

Lets hope that something is done before people even forget the name Palestine and just think it only as Islam, and tag it as another cause of Islamic fanaticism.

I really request people, especially muslims, to think twice before expressing their views.

Someone has said that Israel deserves another Hitler. The person is foolish enough to think that having another Hitler will help Palestinians.
Secondly such talk from Muslims makes other people see every muslim as fanatic who only care about muslims, not humans.

I don’t support Palestinian cause because I sympathize with muslims, but because I believe in humans.

@Arjun
Firstly, you just can’t label anyone foolish because his ideas differ from yours.

Secondly, I don’t sympathize with Palestinians because they are muslim, but because they are innocent who are being killed for no fault of theirs.

And finally, I’m not a practicing muslim; and I hate ’Islamic Fanaticism’ as much as you do.

Coming back to the point, my reference to Hitler was representative and not cursory. Based on the information furnished by Nahum, Israel’s intentions are crystal clear and it is leaving no stone unturned in realizing its dream of wiping off Palestine from the world map, of course with due generosity from America. Moreover we can’t expect any positive intervention from the UN because it never crosses sword with America. Unfortunately, the situation has turned quite similar to one where a person is infected by maggots which are continuously biting into his body... and there is no effective antidote to treat the infection...so, you are left with two options...

1) be a little barbaric with the maggots and get rid of the pain... or,

2) keep quiet and let the maggots invade your whole body and ultimately let them devour it to the last bone.

Nevertheless, I sincerely apologize for not being in the same frame of mind as yours.

@Arjun:

The Jewish Holocaust is a subject matter of debate. One cannot be 100% sure if it too place or for that matter did not take place.
